Holidays can bring many unresolved and unsettling feelings and emotions to the surface. For many of us, holiday time tends to be stressful, even more so when major changes, such as a move, divorce or death, have occurred recently.

If you have experienced personal or family challenges in the last few years, you might want to give yourself extra support early so you can successfully deal with the holidays when they arrive.

Why not pamper yourself and fill your cup first so you can be fully present to yourself and others?

FORMAT:

I'm offering this seminar as a support circle in TWO different formats: A) in person at Martina's Mews in Kitchener and B) by phone for those who live outside of the commuting area.

CONTENT:

We will share what feels right to share. We will listen. We will support one another in many and varied ways. We will honour those who cannot or choose not to be with us. We will laugh and cry and, hopefully, heal along the way. We will create a new space for ourselves so we can enter the holidays in a nurturing and open manner that allows us to embrace and to enjoy each moment as it comes.
