This CD runs a total of ~74 minutes. Each activity can stand on its own although I would recommend to begin with the introduction, followed by the first two exercises. It will provide you most likely with a more gratifying experience. The second part of each activity constitutes the core of the activity, while the first and third parts provide background, explanations and suggestions. This makes it convenient for download onto your listening device.
