One-to-One Coaching

One-to-One-Coaching offers a highly individualized approach to coaching. You, your longings and goals form the centre of the coaching sessions. You get a chance to take stock of where you are before each session through a form I provide to you. The questions on that form serve you to refocus yourself and decide where you might wish to put your attention for the upcoming session.

At the beginning of each session, you establish your goal again. I commit to you, through my poignant questions, observations and reflective feedback, to listen deeply and hear you. I hold the space for you to create inspired actions for yourself that lead you to your desired state of being.

I honour and respect you and me as equals, a one-to-one relationship. I offer assistance–from my own sense of Being–to you. I commit to holding a safe space for you to BE. I gently nudge and challenge you to connect to your own innate resources, which will inspire you to thrive. I hold you accountable for the changes you decide to make. I present you with as many tools as you require during this period of stretching and growing that allows you to become and BE the change that you wish to see in the world, as Mahatma Gandhi's famous quotation states.

I acknowledge both of us as compassionate healers who benefit from the healing presence of one another in community.

One-to-One-Coaching is offered in person, if your location allows you to travel to Martina's Mews in Kitchener, Ontario. Of course, One-to-One-Coaching is just as effective by phone. It's your choice and preference. Both work equally well.

I recommend a minimum of three to six coaching sessions at 60 minutes each, spaced about 2-3 weeks apart. Especially when we wish to change habitual patterns and live from new perspectives, we need time to integrate the insights we have gained so they become our new habits. Therefore, 90 days or three months seem to work well for many clients.

I also accept requests for individual sessions, particularly, if you have worked with me before, or if you are dealing with a specific and defined goal.
