Spiritual Life Coaching

Start by doing what's necessary;
then do what's possible;
and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

St. Francis of Assisi

"Life Coaching - what's that? And what's Spiritual Life Coaching? What do you do? And why would I need that?"

These are the standard comments I hear when people inquire about my coaching work.

Martina's description of her Spiritual Life Coaching

Spiritual Life Coaching is a creative process of transformation.
It's your opportunity to remember and (re)discover
 the potentials of your being and what you really want.

Your innate resources,
amplified by my poignant, questions and observations, infused with love and wisdom,

awaken and guide you to create inspired actions.

The joy and excitement, contentment and peace that result signal to you that you are present and in the flow of life.
It's exciting and rewarding.

Why you might consider Spiritual Life Coaching

There are two main reasons for seeking out Spiritual Life Coaching.

1) You feel great about where you find yourself in life. All is going well for you and you wish to use the momentum of being in the flow of life to enrich your tool box for those times when you are facing challenges. What a pleasure and how rewarding it is for you to acquire skills now that you can transfer and apply whenever you truly need them. After all, it's so much easier to introduce, instill and integrate new beliefs, behaviours and actions when life is going smoothly and you feel relaxed

2) You feel uneasy, restless or dissatisfied with your current situation in life, either personal or professional. You may find yourself in transition, perhaps sparked by external changes, perhaps due to an doubts that have arisen within you. You may feel vulnerable or angry and in need of a safe space.

You may find the complex web of questions that concern your daily living challenging. What do you do when the paradoxes of life confront you with situations that may draw into question all your assumptions and beliefs? To whom do you turn for help and support to rekindle your connection - or perhaps even find it for the first time - with the elusive balance, joy, and peace you may be longing for?

You can choose from THREE formats of Spiritual Life Coaching

A) One-to-One Coaching

Life Coaching tends to be offered on an individual basis. It works well and feels comfortable and safe to many individuals. So, if you prefer to work one-to-one, then One-to-One Coaching sessions are for you. You can choose, depending on your location, to see me in person at Martina's Mews in Kitchener where I work or we can arrange phone sessions.

Send me an email now if you are interested or read more about One-to-One Coaching.

B) Small Group Coaching

I have realized over these last few years that I have actually done just as much life coaching in groups as I have done one-to-one, some of it long before I called my work life coaching. When I look back at all the small group work I have done to date, I realize how powerful such work is and what it adds to the process of coaching.

If you are interested in this process, I invite you to either contact me now or read more about the Small Group Coaching process here.

C) Mini-Retreats or Intensives

I'm offering ONE to THREE-day retreats that are structured entirely to suit your individual needs and requests.

There are many reasons why you may want to arrange a mini-retreat, or intensive, for yourself. Do you feel that one-hour appointments are just too short, more like a tease? Perhaps you really want to work on a framework for your life. Or perhaps you are out of town and want to treat yourself to a transformative experience.

Intrigued? Send me a message or read more about Mini-Retreats or Intensives here.

Just like a river that continuously reinvents and reorganizes itself
as new matter flows in, under, and through it,
you have the freedom and choice to remain in the flow of life
while remembering yourself as a conscious whole-being
within life's ever-changing moments.
