Our society does not acknowledge loss very easily. We tend to focus our attention on acquiring and adding to our lives, not on losing and letting go.  When we face loss, we are often met with a lack of understanding and patience for the sadness, the confusion, the anger, the grief or any other emotion that we may associate with this loss.

This seminar is for YOU; for you to gain awareness and gather tools to recognize what’s happening, to give expression to your loss and to support those around you who are dealing with transitions in their lives. It’s your opportunity to explore the paradoxes which loss makes so apparent to us. You will learn strategies to seek out a way to resolve grief healthily while creating healing and meaning in this new phase of life that integrates your past, your loss and the present now.
