Here is more great news: I'm in the process of recording a Getting UnStressed and UnStuck (GUS) DVD that will focus on the exercises that form the core of the workshop. I will publish an accompanying booklet that provides the written description of the exercises as well as the text that I use for all the guided imagery suggestions. Are you interested? Stay tuned for the updates. I just started the process and will keep you posted of the progress here and in my newsletter.

Many of you have expressed renewed interest in my book, entitled Invisible Connections: Living the Paradoxes of Loss. I am still searching for the perfect match of an agent and publisher.
